Helix Construction Services, Inc. was formed in August 1994 to engage in the construction and management of commercial, institutional, industrial and residential construction projects throughout the Baltimore and Washington metropolitan area.

Helix offers its clients a full range of general contracting and construction management services. In addition, we offer consulting services to owners and design professionals on matters related to cost, construction materials and methods, and project and contract administrations.

In addition to our management skills, Helix brings something else to the table in service to our clients. With our own highly skilled workforce performing demolition, concrete construction, framing carpentry, drywall, acoustical ceiling and finish carpentry including installation of doors, frames, hardware, millwork, and casework and our team of top notch subcontractors, Helix can assure our clients of projects built properly, delivered on time and at fair and reasonable prices.In testament to our success in keeping our commitment of delivering high quality work, on time and within budget, the vast majority of our work is obtained through negotiation or select invited list bidding and we can with pride, reference numerous repeat clients.
