Helix Construction Services, Inc. is a General Contractor and Construction Manager specializing in tenant interior build out and building renovation and maintenance for corporate, association and private clients. Helix maintains in-house trade labor capability to perform demolition, concrete work, carpentry, drywall and acoustical, and painting. Our project delivery methods include traditional general contracting, construction management and design-build.

HISTORY:
Helix Construction Services, Inc. was formed in August 1994 to engage in the construction and management of commercial, institutional, industrial and residential construction projects throughout the Baltimore and Washington metropolitan area.

Helix Construction Services, Inc. offers its clients a full range of general contracting and construction management services. In addition, we offer consulting services to owners and design professionals on matters related to cost, construction materials and methods, and project and contract administrations.
In addition to our management skills, Helix Construction Services, Inc. brings something else to the table as a service to our clients. With our own highly skilled workforce performing demolition, concrete construction, framing carpentry, drywall, acoustical ceiling, painting and finish carpentry including installation of doors, frames, hardware, millwork, and casework, and our team of top notch subcontractors, Helix Construction Services, Inc. can assure our clients of projects built properly, delivered on time, and at fair and reasonable prices.
